Guy Barnett, BC-HIS
National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
I have been in the hearing aid industry since 2008. I was born and raised in Wharton, a small town west of Texas City. As an adult, I have lived all over Houston except for the southeast side. So this area, while close to home, is new to me. I have enjoyed getting to know the area and the people. And now I have a reason to buy a boat!
I have been doing this many years, which has given me a lot of experience, however I continue to strive to learn new techniques as often as I can. I have a great deal of experience in fitting hard to fit losses as well as continuing to put patient care first. I continue to keep the patients best hearing and saving as many hearing lives as I can at the top of my daily agenda. I also have extensive training in cerumen (ear wax) management and deep canal ear impression. I have always had a passion for helping people and I will go above and beyond to take care of my patients and do what it takes to allow them to have the best possible experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our very spoiled dogs and going to the beach.
Cheri Peck-Saville is an Audio Technician. She is originally from South Williamsport, PA and moved to Houston, TX in 1994. She attended Pennsylvania College of Technology in PA and worked in various industries. Cheri began working in the hearing industry in 2016 and was drawn to the profession because of her Uncle who owned his own hearing aid business for many years, whom inspired three others family members to also become involved in the hearing industry.
What Cheri loves most about saving hearing lives is the way the patients eyes light up when the hearing aids are placed on their ears and they realize everything that they have been missing. She strives every day to work with her patients to form a bond/friendship with them. Her patients are more like family and she wants them to know she is always there to help and encourage them by working together as a team in saving their hearing. Outside of saving hearing lives, Cheri loves to exercise, spend time with the special people in her life, read, and volunteer to help with cook-offs and community activities.
Patient Services Coordinator
I grew up and lived in a small town in the Midwest before my husband and I decided to move to west Texas. We lived in west Texas for about 5 years before moving to the coast. While I am new to the hearing industry I am not new to the medical field. I have enjoyed working the front office in several different medical offices with a variety of specialties. My focus in each practice was the same….to excel in customer service. I truly believe that the first person the patient comes in contact with is the first impression that the patient will have of that facility. I always strive to make the best impression that I can to start the patients journey off on a pleasant note. I find the same satisfaction in saving hearing lives as I did in my other medical practice and that is getting to know the patients as we travel their path together during their treatment.
In my free time I enjoy supporting and volunteering at animal shelters and rescues. I have a passion for helping homeless animals. My husband and I have the pleasure of being the “fur parents” to 4 precious pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats and I am proud to say that we rescued all four. I also like to spend time going out on my husband’s boat with him fishing and enjoying the beach.
It seems they are only interested in selling knew hearing aids. Not very helpful with what you already have.Hayley Moore, on Google
Great experience. The new staff here is AMAZING!!! I have been getting my hearing checked every few years, but I have never been tested as thoroughly as Guy did. If you are looking for excellent care and products, this is the place to go!Bill Presnull, on Google
